Hamish Dick has a wealth of knowledge and skills after over 35 years in the glass industry,over 25 years of these teaching at EDINBURGH'S TELFORD COLLEGE to HNC level. However in June 2009 after the closure of the Glass department, this highly respected lecturer decided to take the package and set up in business for himself. However the lure of teaching was huge so he has decided that his studio will not only be a working studio it will also be a teaching one whether a complete novice to a competent stained glass artist who wishes to learn a new skill. He has already had numerous enquieries from previous students to use the facilities these range from 16 year old novices to pensioners.
